Whistler Winter Elopement | Chelsea & Ryan
During an unseasonably warm winter spell, Chelsea & Ryan came to Whistler, to elope. This mountain town, is a place that is very dear to their hearts. They chose to have a small winter elopement, with just their immediate families to witness the occasion. This of course included their beloved fur babes, 2 ridiculously adorable french bulldogs, Frank and Zoe.
We met at Rainbow Park at Alta Lake, where they shared their first look. A beautiful and intimate ceremony followed on the dock. Their vows included some comical additions, with references to ‘The Office”, one of their favourite shows to watch. Jeremy, The Whistler Wedding Pastor, organized and executed the day as well as officiated the wedding. An incredible multi-tasker he is. It was warm and sunny, absolutely perfect for the occasion.
After the ceremony, we ventured on to a second location for more photos, as the sun lowered in the sky. We brought Frank & Zoe along so they could be apart. I love when couples bring along their fur babes for photos. They are such huge parts of our daily life, that it only makes sense to have them participate. This also allowed me to partake in some much needed snuggle time with them which was a huge bonus. After all, Frenchies are the friggin’ cutest!
A huge congratulations Chelsea & Ryan. It was such a stunning afternoon. We really couldn’t have lucked out better with the weather, for your winter elopement. I absolutely adored how much laughter you two shared. So grateful for clients like you.
